About Your Instructor

Kylie Miller

Since beginning massage school in 2003 I've worked on thousands of people in various settings: spas, house calls, wellness centers and in my own private practice.  I consider massage to be my gift to the world and I'm happy to share my talent and expertise with you!

I offer therapeutic massage, 1:1 massage instruction, and group massage therapy workshops for professional massage therapists.

I'm originally from a little town close to the Adirondacks and was fortunate enough to find my trade early in life. After high school I attended a two-year massage program at Saranac Lake's North Country Community College. This was the beginning of a professional journey that has since become an integral part of my identity. My instructors introduced me to the world of alternative health care, instilling in me the massage therapist's role as a wellness educator. I learned that my responsibility is to care for my clients and to teach them how to actively take care of themselves outside of our sessions.

My passion for healthcare spans many fields. I'm devoted to further exploring and learning about whole food nutrition, women's health, prenatal and perinatal care, children's health and nutrition, regenerative farming and much more!

Testimonials

“Kylie is an amazing massage therapist! She has years of experience and some of the best techniques out there. She listens to you and is detailed in her bodywork so you walk away feeling recharged and as if you’re in a completely new body! I highly recommend her.”

Lisa S.

“I have been getting massages from Kylie for two years, and have referred her to friends and colleagues. She teaches at the Finger Lakes massage school and is very experienced. I am very picky about massage therapists and tried many before staying with Kylie. My friend said it was the best massage she had ever received in her life. Another colleague had a very painful back issue, and Kylie relieved her pain in one session. I have also consulted with Kylie about nutrition, and found her extremely knowledgeable.”

“I have worked with Kylie on nutrition, as well as massage services and I have to say, both were outstanding! She made sure to listen to me, answer all questions and tailor her advice to what I liked/disliked in the nutrition counseling. With her advice and guidance, my gut health has made a 180. I’m now only dealing with it being triggered mentally instead of suffering with it daily. I then also had a massage with her and it was wonderful! Relaxing, as well as pain relief. Would 100% recommend!”
